You need:
1 spoon (35g) MamiGut vanilla,
3 strawberries,
1/2 banana,
1 handful of kale (without stem) or spinach leaves,
1 hand full of ice cubes,
300ml milk (alternatively also almond milk, oat milk, etc.).
Put everything in the blender until the smoothie is creamy.
